- We try our best to facilitate our valued customers to exchange their product(s) purchased online under the following terms and conditions.
- Please do not accept orders if the parcel is damaged or the seal is opened.
- Customers can exchange/return item(s) from our online shop one time only within 14 days from the date of order placed, within the same category. The products must be in their original condition, unused with a price label attached. Everbuy Bazaar will not accept the return and exchange where proper care instructions are not being followed.
Refund Policy
Everbuy Bazaar offers a money-back guarantee. If the product is not liked by customers or not delivered as per their expectations, they can claim a refund.
Refund Process: When a refund is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit/debit card within 2 weeks. If you have not received a refund in the said period, please check with your bank. It may take some time before a refund is posted. Alternatively, funds can be transferred manually.
Shipping
All global and nationwide shipments will be charged a minimal amount. On return and exchange of your product, the customer should courier the product to the address mentioned on the box.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Please note Everbuy Bazaar will bear all the shipping costs if Everbuy Bazaar provided damaged, incorrect, or incomplete orders. Otherwise, the customer will have to bear the shipment cost on return and exchange.
